Rethink Web Solutions was founded in 2016 by Geoff Bybee. We're headquartered in Florence, Arizona, in Pinal County, and we work with clients across Arizona and beyond.
Our story

Geoff started in web design at GoDaddy, spent time on Waymo's autonomous-driving program, and launched Rethink to give local organizations the kind of marketing that's usually reserved for big budgets: tracked, tested, and tied to outcomes.
Ten years later we build and host websites, run search and paid-media programs, and automate follow-up for trade schools, community associations, software companies, and dozens of Arizona contractors. In 2025 we launched Contractor Kickstart, a website and Google Business Profile program for the trades.
Our team works in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, which matters when the people you serve do too.

Third-generation Arizonan and Eagle Scout. Started in web design at GoDaddy, worked on Waymo's autonomous-driving program, and founded Rethink in 2016. Leads strategy, paid media, and every client engagement. Speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Oversees finance, billing, and contract administration.

Runs day-to-day client communication, onboarding, and reporting, in English and Spanish.
